I am trying to pay my credit card on line as I am overseas on holiday I wish to pay online in order that I do not incur late penalty charges. I have entered my card details as requested but the information has not been accepted. I have queried this last few days and the reference you gave me to quote for my query was P829985X. Please could somebody get back to me as I wish to use the card again and believe that my credit level is English Pounds 1500? Thank you. Jean Lancaster
PS- my date of birth is 2 June 1945, my mothers maiden name is Irene Lofthouse.

I have tried to pay my Marks and Spencer bill online, and in the end I have given up. I found your website frustrating to say the least. I would be grateful if you could give me some easy instructions. It would be useful not to have to writing a cheque each month and either post it to you or hand it in instore.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Have just tried to pay my account online using my debit card but not successful! Very long winded process and very upsetting as this was my first statement and expected it to be as easy as paying my John Lewis card. Will now have to make a special trip to a store.

I am a new account customer and this is the first time I have tried to pay my account online it is totally baffling and after 40 minutes of trying I am giving up!! I shall now have to go to my bank on Monday (its Sat) and pay by cheque, my payment will now be late by the time the cheque clears and I shall be charged a ‘late payment fee’
This is not acceptable please contact me.

Have had the same difficulty accessing My Money account. Had to reset password and all I wanted to do was pay my account. Find your website very complicated.
