As I had subscribed to L&T on line, I EXPECTED to receive a reminder statement which I DID NOT until the bill was overdue. (Fancy way of collecting past due charges, I would say.) When I did receive a past due notification, there was no ability to move from the notice to my statement which tells me your IT developer is a chimpanzee. I have noticed that when I attempt to move through your online ads, the process is poor so I recommend you obtain professional IT assistance. I will be closing my account as I pay my bills on time and have no desire for IT amatuers to ruin my credit or collect unwarranted late charges.
