Not a user friendly site to make an online payment. Very confusing.

Sirs:

I have been totally unsuccessful in paying my Belks bill at https://www.belkcredit.com/ today! I realize it’s Sunday and the offices are closed, and they do have phone bill pay, but it is complicated and convoluted and I want to be able to pay on-line the same as I have been doing all along.

The problem today (Sunday, 1/6/2013) is the payment page is completely farkled! The redirect from https://www.belk.com/ takes me to a page which doesn’t permit me to log in … it doesn’t allow anything at all!

I am frustrated, and I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to contact TPTB, which really is a crappy way to do business.

This was the first time I paid my Belk’s charge on line, I had a problem at first,but I got it done, so proud of my self.

I have tried for an hour to get thro to a human voice instead of your annoying recording. I wanted to speak to someone re a late payment. It was due yesterday and we have had much illness in our family. I have never been late before and I wanted to ask you to wave the late fee charge. I have had nothing but trouble in contacting the bank which handles your cards…./Therefore I am cutting up this Belk card and will use a card that has a real customer service.
